Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of YoTruck, YoAgent and YoRead Studio (the "Services"), provided by Yonahill Software ("Yonahill", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.
• Each account is for one person. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.

Free and Pro plans

Each Service offers a free plan with usage limits and a paid Pro plan billed monthly. Prices are shown on each product's website and before you subscribe. Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel.

• Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled from the billing settings in the product.
• YoTruck Android subscriptions are billed through Google Play and managed in your Google Play account.
• When you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account returns to the free plan. Your existing records are kept; the free plan's limits apply to new entries.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Your content

You own the records, files and recordings you put into the Services. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the Services for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights using the Services;
• upload malware or try to access another user's account or data;
• overload, probe or disrupt the Services, or scrape them by automated means;
• resell the Services, or use generated voice or audio to impersonate a real person without their permission.

Estimates are not professional advice

The Services include calculations and estimates, such as commissions, cost per mile, IFTA mileage, tax estimates and compliance checklists. They are planning tools based on the information you enter. They are not tax, legal, accounting or regulatory advice. Check important figures and obligations with a qualified professional and the relevant authority.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and your data safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may improve, change or retire features over time. If we discontinue a Service, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your records.

Ending your use

You can stop using a Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the Services or other users at risk.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yonahill will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and let you know in the Services. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
